Information you provide

When you submit the Plan Your System form or contact Perci Labs directly, we may receive your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the information you choose to provide about your current setup or project.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, understand your request, communicate about possible work, and maintain reasonable business records related to that inquiry.

Analytics and cookies

The site offers optional Google Analytics. Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies through the site preference control. If you choose “Necessary only,” the site’s core pages and form remain available without optional analytics.

Service providers

Website hosting, form processing, analytics, email, and other technical service providers may process limited information as needed to provide those services. Their handling of information is subject to their own terms and Perci Labs’ applicable agreements with them.

Client systems and project data

This public-site policy does not by itself define data-processing terms for client applications, integrations, automation, hosting, or intelligent workflows. Those activities may require project-specific scopes, agreements, or data-processing terms based on the systems involved.

Retention

We keep inquiry and business communication records for as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, business administration, legal obligations, and legitimate recordkeeping, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can change your analytics preference through Cookie settings in the footer. You can also ask us to update or delete contact information you previously submitted, subject to records we may need to retain for legal or administrative reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the systems we operate. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, and this policy does not make an absolute security guarantee.
